forgive me for not posting in a while, but i've been a little occupied with my new baby girl.
she came july 1st and has been a joy!
i finally got around to taking a few pictures of her at 4 weeks!

i also can't believe he'll be a big brother in a month and a half.

so sorry i've been missing in action a bit. i took a bit of a break for the holidays after a very busy schedule. but, i'm back in the saddle again. so, please let me know if you are planning to book a session soon, as i only take a limited amount of sessions per month.
also, while speaking of schedules. i will be having a baby girl this summer! yay! in the end of june, beginning of july... so needless to say my summer schedule will be a bit limited. so please contact me as soon as possible if you were planning on booking a session this summer.
anyhow, enough with the boring business.
here is a fun shoot i've been working on. i got to do some head shots for my cute friend sharee. she needed some shots for her organizations website, so we did some serious ones, but also threw in some fun ones. she was the perfect model. i'd tell her to strike a pose, and man she had it down. thanks shareenie! i had a lot of fun! hope you like these!

i loved all of their natural interaction. it's a photographers dream to be able to catch these special moments.
i knew that i could leave it to my friend maria to allow me my first experience with taking pictures of dogs. but, i will say it was much easier that i had anticipated. good thing they brought someone to get the attention of the little pups, and the little dude.
i know i'm posting a million, but they had so many cute ones to choose from.

i for one am so glad to be done editing all these mini-sessions, now maybe i can leave my house and wear something besides my bathrobe, ha ha!

i'm looking for 1-2 people to assist me in my holiday mini-photo sessions i have this saturday november 1st in slc. the morning sessions will be in downtown slc, and the afternoon at wheeler farms. let me know if you are interested in doing the morning, afternoon, or both.
i'm asking $295. it's a great lens and i've really enjoyed using it. it's just less than a year old and has been well taken care of. you can read more about it here.this was a fun shoot, despite it being freezing cold. i felt so bad for the little one, but she was a trooper with a little red nose.
i'm so glad we were able to shoot at this location, because we found out that not long after that they tore the old house down. i'm so glad we got to shoot there before they tore it down.
